working at heroku

I have launched the app at this address:

http://duluthkids.herokuapp.com/

and after some un greased wheel got greased again, it is now working
as a demo.  There is still a significant amount of fixin' to be done
however, but running is good. I mean the code - running. So in other
words with more- spittin' and polishing ... there  may be really
a there ==> there.

Also you might expect some more not sufficiently greased bits
moving ahead.

which at this point I plan on using to create user documentation
or instruction for the system < or something > and perhaps
extend it as organizations begin to participate.....
